At 210 Orthodontics in San Antonio, Texas, we provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment for children and adults. We have two convenient locations to serve you, one in Stone Oak and one in Alamo Heights. We offer a unique, fun, affordable, interactive and positive orthodontic experience. From the first moment you walk into our office we want to make your experience as efficient and enjoyable as possible.

Our orthodontists personally treat each patient with individual care and attention, monitoring and adjusting treatment at every appointment. We understand that each patient’s orthodontic treatment is different and we promise to give you the personal, professional and quality service you deserve.

Meet Our Doctors

Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, Dr. Austin Green fell in love with orthodontics during high school while spending his summers working as a lab technician for a local orthodontic practice in Nixa, Missouri. After earning his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, he completed Dental School at University of Missouri – Kansas City. He then made his way to San Antonio to attend orthodontic residency at UT Health where he met and has trained with Dr. Britton since July 2019.

Dr. Green is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of the American Association of Orthodontists.

In his free time, Dr. Green loves to play golf, attend sporting events, visit area lakes, travel, and spend time with friends and family. He’s an avid sports fan, especially football. He is thrilled to be staying in San Antonio after completing his residency.

Dr. Sandra Hernandez is an orthodontist with over 34 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of orthodontic cases for children, adolescents, and adults. Born and raised in the Philippines, she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of the Philippines, where she also served as a professor and chair of the orthodontic program.

She moved to the United States to complete her residency program for Orthodontics at the University of Minnesota. While there, she taught undergraduate dentistry students, guiding their growth and development and focusing on clinical orthodontics. She was a lecturer and key opinion leader for dental associations and professional groups such as Glaxo Smith Kline (Sensodyne toothpaste). After moving to East Texas, she managed 3 dental practices for 7 years.

She has four grown children and two granddaughters, and she moved to San Antonio to be closer to her oldest daughter. She enjoys traveling and can speak English, Tagalog, and some Spanish.
