Britton Orthodontics has been an overall amazing experience! From the beginning of going over my treatment plan and all throughout the process, everyone has been extremely nice, friendly, along with informative and helpful. I was scared about wearing braces at first, but I've had a great experience and have seen fantastic results! I highly recommend this office for any age group, young and adults!

The most friendly dental and office staff. They are very competent and professional. Extremely clean and beautiful facility. Patients are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Minimal to no waiting time. They can serve as a role model for all service organizations.

We recommend Britton Orthodontics to anyone in need of orthodontics or considering orthodontics. They make the experience less painful. My daughter looked forward to her visits. We are newbies to Dr. Britton and wow!!!! What an incredibly fun visit!! My 8yo was engaged and happy throughout the entire visit. Warm smiles and kind people truly make your visit very pleasant. Dr. Britton had the best bed-side manner I've seen in years. Thank you for making this normally "nervous" time in a child's life so fun and educational.

The office of Britton Farnsworth Orthodontics is very clean, very organized, and very welcoming. Even with this COVID 19 situation the staff continues to be friendly and treat their patients with respect and with a big smile (even though you don't see it through their masks LOL). They are also enforcing social distance and cleaning procedures to make sure all his patients are safe and far from getting sick. I strongly recommend this Ortho office. My sisters also came here and had their braces with Dr. Britton. We know this office since we first came to San Antonio in 2008, my mom said it was Dr. Teethz Orthodontics before and the office was located in Broadway/Alamo Heights area (my mom told me this LOL). They truly care about their patients and their team is out of this world.
Britton Farnsworth Orthodontics is AMAZING!! Very person there makes sure everyone feels welcome at all times. They work in a fast manner but also do their job correctly to make sure your smile comes out beyond perfect. In love with my new smile can't thank them enough.
